Looking for rental in Eugene/Springfield and surrounding area. Pics to show a little about me. Preference is for detached unit of 2 bedrooms with garage/storage shed, though duplex would work too. I have a full time job where I work from home. I have been in Eugene for 15 years, not a recent transplant, just looking for something a bit bigger and quieter than my current place. I do have a small, older dog and would want to eventually get a dog of a larger breed at some point. I am not looking for communal living, but am open to sharing land, just would want my own space. I would be interested in helping out with livestock/animal care and/or property upkeep. I have a lot of experience with land management (grew up as a ranch kid).

Budget <$2000. Happy to answer questions about myself. Thanks for the consideration, I know there are a lot of posts like this out there.
