Non-smokers, no parties
I have one young child (3 years old), so we value safe, family-friendly neighborhoods - I am really hoping to get settled in a good school district soon enough that my child can form bonds he will be able to maintain throughout his education.
What We’re Looking For:
3–4 bedrooms (3 with a dedicated office space, or 4 separate bedrooms)
1.5–2+ bathrooms
House preferred
Yard or outdoor space ideal for a small family
Laundry hookups and off-street parking
Budget around $2200-$3000 month
Flexible move-in date — ideally beginning February 1
