I'm Mike, currently live in Albany, looking into moving to Eugene. My current lease is up April 30.
I'm looking for a studio, 1 bedroom, or ADU. Something somewhat communal is ok but I need at the minimum my own kitchen and bathroom, own private entrance, private space for myself and my cat.
I'm full time employed, credit score well over 700, lots of references, no criminal record.
