Leidos QTC Medical Services, Inc. opering under the brand name Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant our Eugene, OR clinic to help ensure our service members get the best care possible. You will play a vital role in the continued care of these men and women.
In this role, you will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupional, and disability health examinions including, but not limited to:
* Reviewing medical history and associed records
* Interpreting clinical da
* Completing written reports and genering independent medical opinions (IMO)
The examinions may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting), in the examinee’s home, telephonically, large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth plforms.
You will be traveling (up to 30%) to provide physical examinions for veterans and service members in multiple locions throughout the country. All travel expenses are covered and a per diem will be received.
Work Schedule, Locion, Wh to expect:
* Generally M-F, 8 working hour day (between 8am - 5pm), with weekend/evening schedules based on operional needs.
* 30% nional travel
* Comprehensive onboarding and training program with progressive encounter complexity as job understanding and skills develop

* Annual bonus potential of up to 30% of base salary
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Physical exams for a variety of customers to include federal, defense and others.
* Occupional health exams to include pre- and post-employment and annual physicals.
* Written medical opinions based on provided medical records/informion and acceptable clinical evidence (ACE)
* Provide telephonic and virtual exams
* Unique exam settings - homebound, event sites, etc.
* Completion of Veterans Benefits Administrion Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
* Provide primary medical evaluions to include, but not limited to: review of systems, pap smear, and range of motion
* Complete initial review and interpretion of diagnostic studies to include but not limited to: laborory, pulmonary function and ECG studies
* Documention of examinee records in approprie systems.
* Collaborion with other professional and clinical staff as needed and communice with internal and client team members in determining the most effective and evidence-based way forward on behalf of the examinee populion.

* From a primary care perspective, be able to fully assess examinee health stus through physical examinions.
* Collaborive, best proactive and informed standard of care-centric, decision-making skills
* Analytical ability necessary to evalue and render medical opinions.
* Review and interpretion of standard clinical diagnostics
* Technically competent with computers/tablets to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and using Electronic Medical Records
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts
Required Educion and/or Experience: (includes certifice & licenses)
* Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university or college
* Current certificion by the Nional Commission on Certificion of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
* Minimum 3 years of post-gradue primary care / internal medicine experience.
* Unrestricted Ste medical licensure without limitions to perform full scope of authorized practice in the ste of hire.
* Valid BLS OR ACLS certificion
* Ability to obtain DEA license
* Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certificions as required by current and future contracts.
* Must possess current REAL ID-compliant identificion or equivalent TSA approved identificion prior to start de.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required.
* Ability to pass a medical clearance consisting of passing an N95 respiror fit test, properly wearing organizional standard respirory protective equipment as required, passing a Tuberculosis/TB test, and receiving a Hepitis A/B vaccine series or passing a Hepitis A/B Titer test and other medical clearances/vaccinions as required.
Preferred Qualificions:
* Experience conducting occupional/disability medical examinions.
