We are a busy, optometric practice seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Optical Assistant / Patient Care Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy helping people look and see their best while staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Assisting patients with selecting and adjusting frames
Dispensing eyewear
Performing minor frame repairs and adjustments
Coordinating and managing the patient recall system
Assembling and organizing new patient charts
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction
Qualifications
Optical experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office setting
Professional appearance and positive attitude
