Monthly practitioner consultations that center your wellbeing and evolution, alongside collaborative exploration of decolonial frameworks, whole self of the therapist, healing sovereignty, and alternative healing modalities.
Individual and group supervision for Registered Associates that center your nourishment and professional growth offered in the spirit of collaboration rather than hierarchy and grounded in decolonial frameworks, whole self of the therapist, healing sovereignty, and alternative healing modalities.
Cross-pollination with colleagues offering diverse healing practices.
Opportunities to create, co-facilitate, or participate in unique community groups and events, and in-service trainings — online or in person.
Invested CSC Admin team support for basic marketing, contracting, credentialing, and insurance billing — so you can maintain focus on your clients.
Optional opportunities as a virtual practitioner to contribute blogs, articles, recorded practices, and other wellness resource.s
Qualifications
Licensing & Logistics
Registered Associate or Licensed in Oregon (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
Ability to work as a W2 employee as a Registered Associate
Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor as a Licensed provider
Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week, full and part time available
Orientation & Modalities
Commitment to decolonizing therapeutic practice and supporting healing sovereignty—with patience for differences, challenges, and the process of change
Training or experience in one or more of the following areas:
Cultural healing practices
Transpersonal or Existential Psychology
Mindfulness or meditation
Ecopsychology or Ecotherapy
Somatic/Embodiment Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy
Community Building or Social Justice
Yoga Philosophy
Energy Healing
We recognize this list is not exhaustive — we welcome other lineages of practice
Preferred (not required):
Bilingual — especially Spanish/English
Experience and interest in facilitating and creating virtual and in-person healing community groups and practices
Eugene or Portland practitioners preferred, all strong candidates considered
Who You Are:
Offer presence with humility, enthusiasm, curiosity, compassion, creativity, and attunement to your work with clients and colleagues
Comfortable, proficient, and detail oriented with technology and self-directed administrative work
Actively engaged in your own established practices for personal healing and evolution, whatever form those take
