Hi, would you like a slim muscular abdomen? This works the process goes like this: being slightly upside down, pull in your gut and contract your abs for eight seconds. Due 10 reps. This causes the muscle muscles to get strong stronger in that exact position. Then go to the Ab Doer and do side reps, side twists and forward bends.
