Hi Pleasant Hill Grads of 69! Dave Jordan here.
Has it really been 50 years? Yes, it has.
Remember 1969: Gas was .34 a gallon, muscle cars, you were busy with sports, studying, your first job,
and deciding what to do after graduation. Those were the days - just 50 years ago! Now its time to celebrate
those memories, renew old friendships and reminisce a little.
A 50th reunion is being planned for the weekend of September 13-15, 2019 and your planning committee has
set up the following events:
September 13th (Friday) A tour of Pleasant Hill High School
At 3:30 we will meet at the High School where Principal Randy Fisher will show us the changes made over the last
50 years. I will need your RSVP for this event by August 14.
At 5:00 we have planned a get-together at the Gatehouse Pizza in Pleasant Hill.
At 7:00 everyone can go back to the High School to see the Friday Night Football game!
September 14th (Saturday) Dinner and a visit with old friends
We will meet at 6:00 PM at the B2 Bar & Grill for a no-host buffet dinner.
This is your opportunity to meet everyone and get reacquainted.
Please RSVP me (Dave) by August 14th so the B2 management is ready for us.
September 15th (Sunday) One last visit at Jasper Park
Let's all meet at noon at Site #4. Bring a picnic if you want and a comfortable chair.
We can relax and reminisce one last time before going back home.
At our 5th reunion we played baseball…..we could do that again!
We look forward to seeing everyone at your 50th reunion and hope that you’ll
all be able to make it. We are still looking for some classmates so please pass this information on to
other members of the 1969 grad class or perhaps their siblings.
