These rare lambs have it all: color, personality, small size for easier handling, they can make great pets and are an eco-friendly way to keep your lawn mowed or your small pastures tidy. They have beautiful crimped wool for the fiber artist and when bred the ewes can have full smooth udders for the home milkers. They are a great starter animal for youths wanting to get into 4-H without being overwhelmed by a full sized market sheep. They could make a great addition to cleaning up organic orchards as they don’t stand up on their hind legs like goats and will stay much smaller than a regular full size sheep.
I have several for sale this year born out of three different rams and 18 ewes (born April and May 2025). I have the neutered wethers for $250 each and the ewes at $300 each. I will give discounts for three or more purchased at one time. I take cash or Zelle.
They will require some kind of shelter, mineral salt, access to water and adequate pasture or hay/alfalfa.
I have spent the past twenty years selectively breeding these sheep down from full size Cheviot, Corriedale and Icelandic sheep into the PixeSheep they are today. They will remain at about 1/3 the size of their full size breeds.
and I’d like to give a quick shout out to my friend and fellow shepherd Stacy who has put a couple ads out for me while I was getting my act together this year!
Lastly, if you are planning to butcher these babies, please don’t tell me as I like to believe they are all going to good homes.
