Duck eggs are a delicious alternative to Chicken eggs. They are better for baking, have a richer and more savory taste. Touting higher protetin and higher Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acid content. As well as higher nutritional value in general per-ounce. If you are trying to bulk up or just use less eggs with breakfast, try these eggs, which are about 1.5-2 x larger than chicken eggs.
