Well used but well taken care of. Recently cleaned and conditioned. Dual flaps, girth billets are still solid and all 3 are usable. Overall comfortable, good for general purpose. Some wear and tear to the leather, but no significant or structural damage, including to the tree. Comes with saddle cover- blue water resistant material on the outside, blue plaid fleece on the inside.
