I am taking orders on my last couple of pigs for the year.
I raise Kune x American Guinea hog, they only get around 120 lbs. They graze most of their diet on grass and they have been given access to our orchard of apples and pears.
Whole pig is $300
$10 / lb for cuts.
Shoulders, butt roast, tenderloins, ribs, pork belly, hams, fat, scraps for grind, and anything else you want as far as organs. Whole hog is about 50 lbs of cuts.
I do all my own slaughtering and butchering on the farm. I’ll wrap and freeze everything. I can deliver around lane county.
