We have just dug our Rhubarb root divisions that will grow quickly into large plants.
Brightly colored red stalks that are red throughout. Will stay red even when cooked. This is the reddest variety available with a full rich flavor and heavy yields. Very tender---not stringy, bright red stalks are thicker and longer than most other varieties.
Needs to be planted on arrival. Best if planted Winter / early Spring. Plant any time your ground is not frozen and night time temperature is over 24 degrees. Root divisions will rot easily if planting is delayed until Spring.
