• Forms of payment taken: Cash and Card [the card has a 3% convenience fee added to the sale]
• All sales are final. Items sold are as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

• Enter the property at your own risk. The homeowner and the estate company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
