There are batteries included, but they have been used for a month so they are getting low.

This was a part of a set of 3, that are different sizes. I bought 2 sets, but don't want these sizes.
When lit, the light cast little lights on walls. Very pretty. Not any glitter. Made of a flexible plastic.
