Desk - has a built in lamp with a cord underneath, a hole for electrical cords, 3 shelf spaces, a top shelf, a keyboard shelf, a single drawer, and a larger drawer beneath. Desk is cleaned and well maintained. No stains, wood damage, or signs of infestation.
Bookshelf - Has 4 inner shelf spaces and space for the top with a boarder to top. Condition of Bookshelf is well maintained, no stains, wood damage, or signs of infestation.
Both of them together are a non-negotiable price of $300. Should the buyer want to buy one and not the other, the price is $200 for the desk and $150 for the bookshelf.
