had this serviced at clays refrigeration in Eugene about 8 years ago. its been sitting since. the plexiglas buckets have some cracks on the top, but they dont affect the function. I think superglue will work to repair. new buckets are still available for this unit as well. It has a defrost cycle timer that can be set for down time. It makes good slushies. magnetic drive prevents damage. Heavy unit. each head is individually controlled.
