Never used. Pump has never been plugged in. Tub has never been filled. All parts are there.We got it about a year and a half ago. I set it up and built an awning for it. It's never even been hooked up. The pump and everything that comes with it has been in a storage bin so there is no damage and is clean. If you're not familiar with this brand (M Spa) I encourage you to look them up. They are $2,000 new. They are portable. It takes about 30-45 minutes to set up, and about 20 to disassemble. The four sides are separate and lock together, so they are easy to transport. I would be happy to wait on disassembling to help you get a better idea of how it's set up if you would like, but it is pretty simple and self explanatory.
