Bought this couch from Costco and then have had it in storage for 5 years. It’s in like new condition. No sagging, no tears, no smells, no discoloration.

10’ on the long side and 7’ on the short side. Foot stool is 3’ x 3’.

It separates into two pieces, but only connects into the seen layout.

Moving and it must go.
