We are not looking to make any money on this.It cost $70,000 worth of materials ALONE built in 2018. This does not include labor costs, appliances, furniture, etc. Most tiny houses are built with the cheapest materials so builders can make a profit. This home was built with premium materials and low VOC products. This would easily cost over $100k to have built today. We really wanted to keep the home in our family but have moved and will no longer have space for it.
