Spring cleaning has begun at Simply Storage at 4445 Franklin Blvd. in Eugene, Oregon, and we have great opportunities for people interested in lower than usual starting bids on units containing useful items!
Tools? Construction materials? Unusual finds? Surprise treasures? Unique collections? You never know what you will find!
Bidding will begin at 11:00. There will be a $50.00 minimum beginning bid. We have several sized units from 10x24s, loaded with goodies, to 5x16s for those looking for smaller hauls.
While auctions are fun (at least we think so!), there are a few rules to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience and a fair shot!
You must be present to bid (no bids by phone or email) and bidding will begin promptly at 11:00 A.M. on 04/17/2026.
Management will be available to answer any questions regarding the rules, any follow-up paperwork and timelines for item removal. Keep in mind, while you may view the units from the outside, you may not enter.
If you have the winning bid, you agree to remove ALL items from the unit you have acquired within the time frame as set prior to bidding.
By participating in the auction, you agree to adhere to the rules outlined by management, and agree to adhere to all time frames given in relation to removal of items, payment, etc.
