Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
Assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks
Portion ingredients and label food items properly
Maintain proper food storage and rotation (FIFO)
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
2. Dishwashing & Cleaning
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
Take out trash and recycling as needed
Sweep and mop kitchen floors
Assist with closing cleaning duties
