We are looking for an experienced and professional like cook to join our team! We are looking for someone with excellent work ethic, fast, reliable, can handle constructive criticism and stressful situations if they occur. This is a great way to get more experience in the restaurant industry! We are looking for a part time or full time cook, job includes prepping food, cooking food to customers specifications, memorizing and perfecting menu items, helping other cooks complete tasks and more. We are only open until 2pm daily and head cooks usually start around 5am and secondary cooks around 7-8am. We are looking for someone to work any days possible including weekend availability and are very flexible! Along with hourly wages all kitchen staff is tipped out daily! Cooks will start at minimum wage but raises are possible with good work performance. It’s a very fun work environment, in a very cute cafe/restaurant, located downtown Springfield. It can be fast paced some days but also can be slow and steady with lots of great learning opportunities!
