Bellizzi’s is on the hunt for a **Night Manager** to keep our kitchen running strong.
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 6pm–4am
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with **TOAST POS**
**What We’re Looking For:**
- A leader who can manage people, numbers, and the flow of a busy open-line kitchen
- Someone who thrives under pressure and loves the energy of a bustling joint
- A positive, people-first personality who enjoys food, service, and community
- Strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency
- Kitchen and closing experience a must
