We're looking for one or two dependable people to join our food cart team at Publichouse, opening early April.
This is a fast-paced kitchen environment, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with food, can stay organized during busy service, and takes pride in doing things right.
You don't have to be a professional chef, but you should:
-have knowledge of food and cooking in a commercial kitchen
-Be reliable and punctual
-Follow directions and recipes well
-Work clean and organized
-Be able to keep up during busy service
-Be personable and comfortable interacting with customers, as this is a food cart and you'll be working face-to-face with guests
Responsibilities include food prep, assembling dishes, assisting with cooking, taking orders and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during and after service.
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Daytime and evening shifts
Start Date: Early April
Pay: Starting pay based on experience
Tips: Typically $8-$10 + per hour on top of base pay
We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard and enjoys being part of a team that cares about good food and quality.
