Are you passionate about craft beer and providing exceptional customer experiences? Silver Falls Brewery Barrel House is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Beertender/Server or Kitchen Team member at our Eugene location.
This distinctive kitchen operates without a traditional hood, presenting an exciting culinary challenge. We're crafting a culinary experience reminiscent of a New York-style deli, complemented by the addition of authentic Italian pizzas. About Silver Falls Brewery: Silver Falls Brewery is a beloved cornerstone of the Silverton community, known for crafting innovative beers and offering delicious food made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our flagship brewery, nestled in the charming town of Silverton, is a hub of creativity and community, where patrons gather to enjoy a diverse selection of craft brews and flavorful dishes. Our 2nd location in Eugene strives to carry on tradition.
Location: Silver Falls Brewery Barrel House - Eugene
Responsibilities:
Bartender:
-Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, guiding them through our beer offerings and making recommendations based on their preferences.
-Pour and serve beer with precision and care, ensuring each customer receives a perfect pint every time.
-Knowledge of basic cocktails and ability to make.
-Serve and take food orders with accuracy.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including regularly cleaning taps and glassware.
-Buss tables.
-Ring up sales accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
-Educate customers about our brewing process, ingredients, and beer styles to enhance their overall experience.
-Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.
Kitchen Team:
-Assist in the preparation and execution of our menu items, including appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and Pizzas.
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods.
-Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency and quality in our food offerings.
-Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
-Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining inventory levels.
-Uphold high standards of food presentation and plating to enhance the dining experience for our customers.
-Support the kitchen team with dish-washing and cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in food service environment is a must.
-Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently with fellow team members.
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wage:
Bartenders/Servers: Minimum wage plus pooled tips.
Kitchen Team: $17.50 to $21 hr (DOE) plus guaranteed pooled tips.
