Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
• Present menus and explain specials, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues
• Process payments (cash, card, digital)
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate
