Looking for an energetic prep/line cook. Duties include preparing food and restaurant for opening daily. Smoking meats and preparing daily specials. Maintain stock of prepared items like mac-n-cheese, BBQ beans, soups and sauces. Catering/Banquet food prep and delivery. Ability to maintain company cleanliness and safety standards. Working with a small team so candidate needs to be able to communicate clearly, pitch in where needed and able to communicate with customers. This is a full time position so the candidate needs to be extremely reliable, organized, clean and punctual. No Slackers! Requirements for employment include valid Oregon food handlers card, current O.L.C.C. service permit, valid drivers license and clean driving record.
