* Previous experience as a pizza cook or line cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred
* Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and pizza preparation techniques
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
* Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
* Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand to required specifications
* Assemble pizzas with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation
* Operate and manage high-temperature pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or deck ovens)
* Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and food safety
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
* Restock ingredients and manage prep levels for high-volume shifts
* Follow all recipes, portion controls, and kitchen standards
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management during service
* Assist with prep work, including sauces, toppings, and dough as needed
* Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
