We are looking for a dependable, hardworking bartender/cocktail server to join our team.
Minimum shifts include:
• Wednesday Days - Approx. 4.5 hours
• Saturday Days - Approx. 7 hours
• Sunday Days - Approx. 5 hours

Our summer months are traditionally our slower time of year. We are looking for someone who understands that building regulars, learning the business, and helping us create great guest experiences now leads to stronger shifts and better income as we move into football season, holiday events, and our busy fall months.
If you're patient, hustle, take care of guests, and help us grow the business, there is real earning potential.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong sports knowledge
• Can hustle when things get busy
• Understands how to prioritize tables/food/drinks/door dash
• Is comfortable working independently during slower periods
• Be a bit of a clean freak :)
• Can think on their feet and solve problems without constant direction
• Understands that every guest matters, whether it's packed or quiet
• Is reliable and shows up when scheduled
• Takes pride in providing great hospitality
• Has a current food handlers and OLCC card and reliable transportation
Requirements:
• Availability for Oregon football game days
• Availability for upcoming holidays
• Weekend availability
• Prior sports bar, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred
• Bartending experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
