We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead the daily operations of our neighborhood bar and lottery deli, Delta Bar.
This role is responsible for overall business performance, team leadership, and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day business operations, including bar service, kitchen execution, and lottery functions
Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture with a focus on customer service
Ensure consistent quality and execution of food and beverage offerings
Work actively in operations as needed, including bartending, cooking, and customer service
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, including OLCC (alcohol service), Oregon Lottery requirements, and health department standards
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications -
Previous management experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of bar operations, kitchen workflows, and customer service standards
Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, and team leadership
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Familiarity with Oregon OLCC regulations and food safety standards (or willingness to obtain required certifications)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
