Line Cook needed for a small Cafe style restaurant. We are open during Horse shows which are normally Thursday - Sunday. We run 8 to 12 hour shifts, 3-4 days a week and a day of prep. Start times are almost always 6:00am, so a morning person is perfect!
There may be other small family style meal prep needs for on-site events.
We are looking for a clean, honest, reliable and responsible, levelheaded individual who works well independently and in small groups. This person must also work well under stress as sometimes a kitchen gets busy!
Must be drug and alcohol free.
There is room to grow into a Working Kitchen Manager position for the right person which would include ordering, scheduling, etc..
