We are looking for 2 dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is well groomed, works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers great service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
*Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
*Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
*Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
*Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed
*Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Qualifications:
*Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
*Strong attention to detail and food quality
*Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
*Reliable, punctual, and a team player
*Availability to work Wednesdays through Sundays
