We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way — even when it’s busy. This is NOT a “stand around and look at your phone” job. We are looking for someone dependable, coachable, hardworking, and team-oriented who wants to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.
Duties include:
• Dishwashing
• Building salads
• Preparing burgers and sandwiches
• Kitchen prep and cleaning
• Supporting the team during high-volume service
What matters most:
• Shows up on time — every shift
• Can handle fast-paced pressure without shutting down
• Takes direction well and does not get defensive
• Works well with others and communicates respectfully
• Understands that every position matters
• Takes pride in cleanliness, consistency, and helping the team succeed
• Willing to learn and improve every day
Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more.
