Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
Check guests in and out efficiently using the reservation system
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
Process payments, verify billing, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Qualifications
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (hotel management software is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
