ColdFire Public House is a new restaurant matching our award winning beers with high-quality dishes. Our dishes draw inspiration from both classic brewery cuisine, and the power of fire and fermentation. Our wood-fired grill is one of a kind in Eugene and is the heart of kitchen, and our in-house-fermentation program brings subtle complexity even to beer halls staples like buffalo wings and smash burgers.
Our cooks are expected to have the ability to operate within a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and attention to detail. Wood-fired experience not required; passion for cooking and ability to take / give feedback and learn our systems is a must.
