TJ’s Family Restaurant & Sports Bar – Creswell, OR
TJ’s Family Restaurant & Sports Bar is looking for a reliable Prep Cook to join our growing kitchen team. We are a well-established, community-focused restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we take pride in preparing fresh, quality food for our guests every day.
This position is ideal for someone who prefers morning or daytime shifts and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good attention to detail. The ideal candidate stays organized, works efficiently, and takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and well-prepared for service.
Pay: $18 – $22 per hour + tips (depending on experience)

Position Responsibilities:
-Preparing ingredients for daily service (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)
-Assisting line cooks with food prep and kitchen organization
-Following recipes and prep lists accurately
-Maintaining a clean and organized prep station
-Properly labeling and storing food
-Supporting the kitchen team during busy service times when needed
Position Requirements:
-Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
-Basic knife skills
-Ability to follow recipes and instructions
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance
-Valid Food Handler’s Card
Availability for morning/day shifts ( Must be available for weekends)
