The TF 600's were among the last and most refined models in DCM's Time Frame series
Mirror Imaged / Rear Ported / Staggered Transmission Line speakers
These speakers were used as his high-end reference standard for evaluating speaker performance by Julian Hirsch
* Julian Hirsch first tested gear for Popular Electronics... In October 1961, for Hi-Fi/Stereo Review, which was later "Stereo Review"
He also began writing the monthly column "Technical Talk." Hirsch estimated that he wrote about 4,000 laboratory test reports for various publications, 2,400 of those at Stereo Review, by the time he retired in 1998
