Bridge Charter Academy of Lowell is a thriving charter school seeking to fill a part-time licensed Growth Specialist role (ESOL preferred) for the 2026-27 academic year.
The BCA Growth Specialist works with students who are being monitored through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and will practice Response to Tiered Intervention (RTI) in order to support individual learning progress and to help identify students who need different or additional support. Growth Specialists mentor students in small group settings as well as one-on-one to build community and support toward academic growth.
Qualifications:
--Oregon teaching license or Charter Registry license with interest in obtaining a teaching license;
--TSPC ESOL Endorsement preferred;
--Interest in supporting K-12 students;
--Enthusiasm for meeting students where they are;
--Enthusiasm for partnering with students' families to ensure academic growth;
--Strong data collection and record keeping skill and interest;
--Ability to work independently and independently manage time and projects;
--Strong collaboration skills a must!
Work Location/Schedule: BCA campus - located in Lowell, Oregon, Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday: 9:30am-3:30pm, and Friday: 2 hours flexible. Position begins August 13, 2026.
