This is a cleaning gig and i want to tell you my expectations. I have had professional cleaners come in and do a wonderful job and I guess I am hoping to find someone who can clean to the bones but I am on a fixed income and I need someone who can help me sell just about everything inside and outside the home. Cleaning will occur at an hourly rate of $20 paid daily and a 20% commission on anything you help me sell. My expectations are high. You may have experience cleaning your house but this house needs to be sold and it cannot look half done. Please do not contact me if you are not truly interested. Thank you
