Custom Skoolie - Tiny Home conversion built by a general contractor with years of building experience. CVG hemlock/fir installed throughout the entire build and finished with all natural Tung Oil. This bus was built to be used as an airbnb, or ADU dwelling space. Capable of generating upwards of 20k/year in rental income. Therefore, no solar was installed. instead the bus plugs into 30AMP shore power, and has a AC/DC inverter to power the DC appliances. Furthermore, no grey tanks or black tanks have been installed. Instead the bus can be plumbed to a residential plumbing system for water/sewer to accommodate the flushing toilet, and shower/sink water pressure.
