After several years enjoying various incarnations of #vanlife we are ready to put our box truck conversion up for sale. The reasons for this include an expanding family and the need for a larger, towable camper. We are listing it at less than the cost of our investment (28K) Specs below:
2005 ford e350 cutaway box truck (5.4L gasoline)
23’ bumper to bumper’ (fits in a standard parking spot, a huge plus!)
127,000 miles (previously fleet maintained as a furniture delivery truck before we bought it in 2017)
Runs Great, no issues, well maintained with service records
All New Tires (2 front, 4 rear “dually”) in late 2020, (approx 5K miles driven since)
New Brakes and Rotors (June 2024)
Transmission Flush (June 2024)
55 gallon gas tank (great for longer trips)

Sleeping loft with a full size mattress and single porthole window
Dimmable Led lighting throughout (dual switch, one in rear one toward bed)
400w of rooftop solar (renogy monocrystalline panels, one panel suffered hail damage, see photo)
200 AH AGM battery bank
1000 watt Inverter
MT50 solar charge controller and meter
Dometic 2 burner alcohol stove (not included in sale but shown as reference/scale)
3.3 cu. ft. Fridge Refrigerator (Frigidaire)
2 Shore power ports to provide alternative power to internal outlets
Standard door (w/deadbolt) in back with custom screen door
Sliding door/pass through to/from cab (lockable)
Sink/greywater (faucet requires connection to external supply, 5 gal greywater reservoir with valve release)
Newport Dickinson solid fuel stove (charcoal, wood, pellets if off grid)
Propane heater (Martin Mdv8, 8,000 BTU, propane mount under chassis)
Fantastic fan/vent (3 speeds, reverse flow)
Electric heater (shore power only)
New Dometic AC unit (shore power use only, ice cold)
Quirks:
No formal bathroom (see floorplan sketch for current location of composting toilet).
Some of the storage elements have been removed as we just used it as a box truck to relocate to the west coast.
Toilet/shower/blackwater could obv. be easily added as a standalone upgrade project (we never got around to it).

Serious cash offers welcomed! Currently parked in Eugene, OR. Happy to address any question
