Beauty Bar Salon & Lounge is looking for the right person to become the face of our salon.
This isn't just someone who answers phones. You're the first impression every client has when they walk through our doors. Our clients expect luxury, attention to detail, and exceptional service, and you'll help create that experience every single day.
This position is perfect for someone who eventually wants to become a hairstylist, esthetician, salon manager, or build a long term career in the beauty industry. You'll work alongside an amazing team, learn how a successful salon operates, and have opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:
Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine experience.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Help keep the salon running smoothly throughout the day.
Maintain a spotless front desk and waiting area.
Prepare beverages and make clients feel comfortable.
Check clients in and out.
Handle payments and retail purchases.
Support our stylists so they can focus on their guests.
Notice problems before clients do and proactively solve them.
Keep supplies stocked and everything looking beautiful.
What We're Looking For
30 to 35 hours per week.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional appearance.
Fast learner.
Comfortable with technology.
Reliable transportation.
*Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or salon experience is a plus.
