Customer Service Assistant
Summary: Greenhill Humane Society seeks an animal lover with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Under general supervision of the shelter manager, the Customer Service Assistant provides exceptional customer service in front office; perform animal outcome transactions; provide assistance to members of the public via phone and in person; manages multiple tasks and demands at once; works collaboratively with staff and numerous volunteers.
Hours: This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of approximately 40 hours/week.
Compensation: This position is compensated on an hourly basis and is eligible for benefits after completion of a waiting period. The starting pay is $11.25/hour with opportunities for an increase based on experience and/or proven success.
