Are you the parent of a teenage daughter between the ages of 13-15 years old with a naturally low weight? Or, are you a teenager between the ages of 13-15 years old with a naturally low weight? Are you interested in participating in a research study about eating behaviors? Oregon Research Institute (ORI) is conducting a research study to understand what predicts different eating behaviors in adolescent girls.
Parents can receive $55 for answering some questions and eligible teens can receive up to $405 for participating in seven visits over the span of three years. The visits will consist of interviews, surveys, computer tasks, a stool sample, blood draws (optional), and a brain scan. You will also receive a photo of your brain!
