Going from house cleaning to gutter whitening!

Hi Nextdoor community! I own a small business called Tranquility House Cleaning. Something has recently came up and now I’m in a situation where I need to make a certain amount of money as fast as I possibly can. I was thinking what a better way to raise the money than to open my small business up again. So, over the last year or so I’ve stepped back from house cleaning after taking a much-needed break from it and I have officially decided to focus on gutter cleaning and whitening! I have experience with cleaning and treating gutters, roofs, shingles, siding, and exterior moldings (window sills) for algae and moss. I have a ton of references and I like to offer my own cleaning solutions made specifically for aluminum gutters and one for vinyl gutters to ensure they stay 100%. Both are environmentally friendly solutions made of Oxygen bleach which breaks down into water and oxygen, making it a more environmentally friendly option than chlorine bleach and it is less harsh than chlorine bleach. It will not damage plants, siding, or other surfaces. Effective on organic stains such as killing mold, mildew, algae, and moss making it a great option for any residence.

My prices are below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

* $200 flat rate for gutter whitening and the cost goes up due to the condition of the gutters

* A full gutter clean out varies from $250-470 especially if you have a 2nd-story home and would like a moss/algae treatment to be applied after. If you have an in-law suite or a 2nd dwelling such as a garage that is not attached to the house this would cost $50-100 more depending on the size and number of separate buildings

* For siding and exterior moldings, it’s $190-450

* Roofs are $295-680 and also vary depending on whether you’d like them to be treated for preventing moss and algae. I offer zinc strips and a chemical-free preventative
