Hello. I have an 8 hour, Introductory Self Defense class for girls aged 9-15 open on the weekend of the 19th and 20th of this month. $75/2-4 hour classes!

I have a Masters in Special Education and 30 years of experience teaching Empowerment Based Self defense.

Give your girl the skills to keep her from becoming a statistic! 1/3 women experience either sexual assault, domestic violence or both, in their lifetimes.

Class includes; 8 Main Physical moves to 6 Main Targets. Verbal skills like; setting boundaries and saying "no". Girls will be ready to start dating, having the skills to identify warning signs and making safety plans.
