This boat is set up for a full day of fun on the water. Ballast system installed in bow and stern. 500lbs in the front and 600 lbs in each corner. This 22'8" boat holds 12 people with newer speakers and tower speaker hook ups with bluetooth stereo. Speedometer and gas gauge hasn't functioned since we bought the boat in 2015 and we managed without any problems. Bimini top, and cloth snap cover included.
