I have a 2800 sq ft building on 1.25 acres zoned rural commercial. Built in 2017. Flexible zoning allows a single family home, multiple guest cabins, RV park, etc. The building is fully insulated, 800 amps power, set up for deep water culture hydroponics. Has water rights to a private well on property. There is also a commercial kitchen set up in the building.
I'm pretty open to different scenarios. I could lease the whole thing out, sell just the licenses, sell the licenses along with the property, trade for real estate somewhere else in Oregon.
Hit me up with ideas.
My plan was to develop the rest of the property into an RV park and build a single family home there as well as some guest cabins. It would be a great long term income stream.
Plans have changed though and I'll be moving out of the area so I need a project or real estate in the Newport or PDX area.
