Crate and Kids exclusive Babyletto Lolly Natural 3-in-1 Convertible Crib with Toddler Bed Conversion Kit for sale. Currently disassembled. It has a few scratches but still looks great. Used by 1 kiddo in a pet-free and smoke-free home. We paid $500 new for it, but when I just checked it looks like it's selling for $400.

We also have the Babyletto Pure Core Lightweight Waterproof Midi Baby Crib Mattress, which retails for $200. Even though it comes with a zippered waterproof mattress cover, we always had it additionally covered with another waterproof mattress cover, so it is in excellent condition.
